The purpose of notquitesouthern.com is to have an avenue for reaching out to my family, old friends, and new friends (will you be my friend?) during the COVID-19 pandemic and afterwards. After many months of relative isolation, I’ve felt the need to connect with PEOPLE outside the house! I hope my blog entertains you with stories about life in Mississippi and some uniquely Southern experiences, how my husband and I built our dream house using Pinterest, about decorating and being hospitable the easy way, and my hobbies of photography and oil painting. It is also my desire to use notquitesouthern.com to sell paintings so that I have reason to paint more!
